We've had quite the year, but we're more than happy that you continue to support local businesses and buy local. You just can't beat the taste of locally raised produce: it fresher since it's just been picked and you can certainly taste the difference. 

We continue to harvest spinach from one of our high tunnels, selling it at the shed. They are in in cooler in 1/2# quantities. Just $3 per bag. If you've never had locally grown winter spinach, you won't believe the taste. To survive cooler temperatures the plants produce an abundance of sucrose in their cells, as sugar doesn't freeze as readily as water.
